As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our shipyard, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Oversee the technical aspects of shipyard operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
• Manage and optimize the use of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Develop and implement technical strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to technical specifications and standards.
• Represent Galaksi Indo Marine at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in shipyard operations, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of naval architecture, ship design, and commercial shipyard operations.
• Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Certification in relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
