As the Equipment Performance Director, your daily tasks will involve analyzing equipment performance data using tools like SAP PM, maintaining a fleet of heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and trucks, and implementing predictive maintenance strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of maintenance engineers and technicians to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Analyze equipment performance data using SAP PM and other industry-standard tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Maintain and manage a fleet of heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and trucks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of equipment performance data into overall operational planning.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment reliability and availability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in heavy equipment technology and maintenance practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance and heavy machinery operations.
• Certifications in heavy equipment maintenance, such as Certified Heavy Equipment Technician (CHET) or Certified Heavy Equipment Maintenance Professional (CHP).
• Proven experience in analyzing equipment performance data using SAP PM or similar tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of mining operations and safety regulations is a plus.
