Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the recruitment and selection process for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.Manage the onboarding and integration of foreign workers into the company, providing them with a smooth and positive experience.Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and performance of the foreign workforce.Monitor and evaluate the performance of foreign workers, providing feedback and support as needed.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.Build and maintain positive relationships with foreign workers, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company and the well-being of foreign workers.Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's values and mission.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in foreign worker management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with foreign workers.Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Valid work permit and visa for Indonesia.🛠️ Keahlian
