📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the retail outlets, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales.,Manage a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.,Handle customer complaints and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
