📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.,Support the Key Account Manager in developing and implementing client strategies.,Conduct market research and analyze client needs to identify opportunities for business growth.,Prepare and present reports on client performance and market trends to the management team.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals with key clients.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.,Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to key clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Strong understanding of client management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
