Pro Web Mandiri is looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, helping us find the best talent to support our company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Assist in the development and maintenance of job descriptions and person specifications.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for people.
