As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during events and banquets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and executing banquets and events,Provide excellent customer service to guests and event attendees,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth event execution,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area,Assist in setting up and breaking down event decorations and equipment,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or event staffing,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with event planning and coordination,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
