📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
