In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Sales Consultant in achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Retail Sales Consultant in managing and developing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Support in training and mentoring retail staff to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for customers.,Assist in the organization and execution of promotional activities and events.,Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and store operations.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations if required.
