Store Bay Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Deputy Supervisor to join our team in Cianjur, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our store. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can lead and motivate our team to achieve our goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high standards of service and sales.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.,Coordinate with the supervisor to achieve store targets and sales goals.,Ensure compliance with company regulations and local laws.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a retail environment.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
