📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the telesales team by providing guidance and support.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.,Assist in developing and implementing telesales strategies to improve performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.,Monitor and report on telesales performance metrics.,Provide training and support to new telesales employees.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telesales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of successful sales and customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
