📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Waiter in managing the dining area and ensuring smooth operations.,Take orders from customers and deliver them promptly to the kitchen.,Ensure food and beverage items are served in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and food safety practices.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Proficient in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.
