📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees, using our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and performance management software.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and best practices.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Support the management team in talent development and succession planning.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Conduct regular HR audits and provide insights to improve our HR processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share your knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in a consultancy or similar environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HR software, including ATS, HRIS, and performance management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
