In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the condition of company vehicles through regular inspections and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available when needed and returned on time.,Manage fuel and other vehicle expenses, ensuring they are within budget.,Track vehicle usage and mileage, and generate reports as required.,Handle vehicle registration, insurance, and other legal requirements.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
