BOLT Sentosa is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, and supporting the recruitment team in achieving its goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.,Source and screen potential candidates for various roles within the company.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide suitable candidates.,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Support the recruitment team in achieving its targets and KPIs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and popular applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
