📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indonesian dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work efficiently to meet daily food production targets, ensuring timely service to customers.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the safety of our guests.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food preparation.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your culinary skills.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with table service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as stoves, ovens, and grills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and cooking methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
