📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of outstanding amounts.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of financial resources.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or public sector.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning is a plus.
