📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to the fleet.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly documented and that all necessary paperwork is up to date.,Provide training and support to new drivers and fleet personnel.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, including fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
