Leading the development of our mobile applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into innovative mobile solutions.Mentoring and guiding junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure best practices are followed.Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.Staying up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends and technologies.Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Managing the mobile development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience as a Lead Mobile Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.Expertise in mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native Android/iOS development.Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.Experience with cloud services and APIs, and familiarity with backend technologies.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.🛠️ Keahlian
