📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.,Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency.,Conduct regular production meetings to address issues and implement improvements.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Train and mentor junior production staff to maintain high performance levels.,Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
