Market Bit Pratama is looking for a dynamic and professional Lead Receptionist to join our team in Samarinda. As a Lead Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and efficient welcome. This role is crucial in maintaining our company's image and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and directing calls to the appropriate departments.,Manage the reception area, including ordering and maintaining supplies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to client requests.,Maintain accurate records of visitor and client information.,Assist in organizing and conducting meetings, conferences, and events.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Coordinator.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with customer service best practices and protocols.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
