📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the structural design and analysis of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.,Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers and technicians.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure the quality and safety of construction.,Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.,Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in structural engineering.,Provide technical support and solutions to address project challenges and issues.,Ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of projects within budget and scope.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in using structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Professional engineering license (SIPP) is a plus.
