In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Mentor and train junior technical writers and other team members.,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software documentation.,Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, concise, and user-friendly style.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience working with Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
