📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Manage and train logistics staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers and other logistics partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as ERP, WMS, and TMS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
