Hokian Gilang Sembako is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring smooth logistics flow. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.,Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.,Manage and supervise the warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or warehouse management industry.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the logistics industry.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
