📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the optical store, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales.
• Manage a team of opticians, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
• Maintain inventory levels and order new stock as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve sales targets and store performance goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their eyewear needs and answering any questions they may have.
• Participate in store events and promotions to create a memorable shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in optical retail management or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of optical retail software, such as OptiPro or VisionPro.
• Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
