📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and cultivate potential educational partnerships across Indramayu and Jawa Barat.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with schools, universities, and other educational institutions.
• Coordinate and manage collaborative projects to enhance learning experiences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure continued collaboration.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for educational partnerships.
• Create and present reports on partnership activities and outcomes.
• Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand professional networks.
• Provide support and guidance to the sales team in developing and closing partnership deals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and cultivating educational partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
