📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend and participate in sales meetings and events.,Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
