📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a section of the store, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance and profitability.,Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain a well-stocked and organized section, adhering to company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.,Participate in store meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving section performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
