Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Guest Service Officer to join our team at Rainforest Wild Adventure in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an unforgettable and memorable experience while visiting our eco-lodge and wildlife sanctuary. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wildlife conservation and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional guest service and support to ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at Rainforest Wild Adventure.,Assist in the planning and coordination of guest activities, including wildlife encounters, guided tours, and educational programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and ensure all guest information is confidential and secure.,Promote and uphold the values and mission of Mandai Wildlife Group, including wildlife conservation and sustainable tourism practices.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement guest service strategies and initiatives.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent and high-quality guest service standards.,Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in guest service, hospitality, or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with eco-lodging, wildlife conservation, and sustainable tourism practices.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for guest transportation.
