Standard Chartered is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our Retail Banking & Wealth Management team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the business, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and managing legal risks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Provide legal advice and guidance to the Retail Banking & Wealth Management team, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Manage legal risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate and capitalize on them.Oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts, including loan agreements, security agreements, and other financial instruments.Lead the development and implementation of regulatory compliance programs, including risk-based approaches to compliance.Manage and mentor junior legal professionals, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.Stay up-to-date with legal and regulatory developments, and advise the business on their potential impact.Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution mechanisms.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in the banking and financial services industry.Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international banking and financial services laws and regulations.Excellent legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify legal risks and opportunities and develop effective strategies to address them.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management, legal professionals, and external parties.Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team of legal professionals.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.🛠️ Keahlian
