📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Managing and coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock is maintained.,Developing and implementing logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Providing training and support to the logistics team to enhance their skills and performance.,Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing logistics teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics industry and regulations is a plus.
