📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Review and analyze mortgage applications to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.,Conduct thorough checks and verifications on mortgage documents, including loan applications, credit reports, and financial statements.,Identify and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities in mortgage applications, working closely with the loan team to ensure compliance.,Maintain and update internal compliance policies and procedures to ensure they align with regulatory changes and best practices.,Provide training and support to junior staff on mortgage review and compliance processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in mortgage review and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage review and compliance, preferably in a finance institution.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian mortgage regulations and compliance requirements.,Proven track record of ensuring accuracy and integrity in mortgage review processes.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with financial software and tools used in mortgage review processes.
