📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication counseling and therapy management.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient records and prescriptions.,Manage inventory and ensure the availability of medications and supplies.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.,Monitor and report on pharmacy operations, including performance metrics and compliance with regulations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and industry trends.,Provide training and support to junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or in a related role.,Certification from a reputable pharmacy board or association.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other relevant tools.,Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and upholding the principles of pharmacy practice.
