📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Assess training needs and design appropriate training solutions,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Maintain training records and reports,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training goals are met,Provide guidance and support to employees during training sessions,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends,Assist in the recruitment and selection process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Ability to travel for training purposes
