📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the higher education sector in Bangka Belitung, focusing on quality enhancement, institutional development, and student success.
• Oversee the coordination and management of higher education programs, including scholarships, student exchanges, and industry partnerships.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of higher education institutions, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate collaboration with government agencies, educational institutions, and industry partners to drive innovation and best practices in higher education.
• Advocate for policy changes and reforms to improve the accessibility, affordability, and relevance of higher education in the province.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals to ensure the effective delivery of higher education services and programs.
• Represent the provincial education office at national and international forums to promote Bangka Belitung's higher education initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with national and provincial regulations, standards, and best practices in higher education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in education administration, policy development, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful strategic planning, program implementation, and performance evaluation in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of national and provincial education policies, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and educational management software such as SIMPEG, SIMAK, or similar systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with good English communication skills.
