📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations across multiple sites in Bali.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive the company's strategic objectives.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle to manage operations and track performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record in leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing multi-site operations and implementing process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Familiarity with the precast concrete industry and construction sector is a significant advantage.
