📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices and payments
- Reconcile accounts payable records with general ledger
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
- Support the finance manager in auditing and reviewing financial transactions
- Learn and understand the company's financial processes and procedures
- Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial operations
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or SAP is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
